Our dedicated owner Lael Harlin believes that every bride should be treated like a VIP when searching for their perfect wedding dress. Drawing from her own amazing experience buying a wedding gown, she is committed to providing a top-notch experience for every bride who comes in. We believe that every woman should feel her absolute best on her special day, and we are here to make that unforgettable moment happen! Lael not only has great connections with designers, but also brings a warm and friendly atmosphere to the store, along with a love for all things fashion and bridal. When she's not at Destiny's, she enjoys spending time with her loving husband of a decade and their two lively children.

Sarah Petrik

Our incomparable general manager, Sarah Petrik, has dedicated eight years to Destiny's Bride. With a deep understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, and fits, she is a true expert in the field and knows the store inside and out. The "customization queen," Sarah can transform any dress to bring even the most imaginative visions to life. She takes pride in forming connections with her brides, recalling even the smallest details about women she assisted years ago. Sarah brings a combination of precision, expertise, and warmth to the store, successfully tackling every bridal challenge that comes her way. When she's not busy customizing gowns, she enjoys spending quality time with her three dogs and six-year-old son.

Meet Bree, the talented lead stylist and social media manager at Destiny’s Bride. With a lifelong passion for fashion cultivated by reading her mother's beloved Harper's Bazaar and Vogue magazines, Bree has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for timeless elegance. Her exceptional customer service skills and ability to create memorable moments for every bride have made her an indispensable part of our team. When she is not working, Bree can be found at the gym, playing with her dog Dunkin, or creating content and styling with a creative flair that sets her apart.

Michelle

We discovered Michelle, our stylist, while she was shopping for a gown with a friend in our store. Her vibrant and fashionable personality immediately caught our attention, and we knew we had to hire her right away. Michelle is a one-of-a-kind individual, a true girls-girl who effortlessly connects with every bride she meets. She exudes positivity, brings good vibes, and has a knack for couture gowns. In addition to her work here, Michelle is also studying to become a marriage and family therapist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adorable son.
